Thousands of bird enthusiasts flock to Cape Cod to view the spectacle of yearly bird migrations and to delight in the sheer diversity of the Cape’s bird residents. Now, birders will be sure to include a trip to the ZooQuarium to meet some of our feathered friends, up-close and personal! Thanks to a newly renovated salt water exhibit area – ‘Bird Stadium’, we can now provide a safe home for some of Cape Cod’s most recognizable bird residents, and teach our audiences about the importance of birds on Cape Cod.

Bird Stadium is the Cape Cod dream home for several non-releasable gulls – yes, you read that right- GULLS! But our gull friends are like no others.  During your visit, you may notice them bathing, swimming, vocalizing, or just plain playing with toys.

The exhibit area is open daily for viewing of the gulls. ‘Birds of Cape Cod’ presentations occur at 12:00 and 3:00 pm. Birds showcased during the presentations will vary daily.
